Game 1: Avatar: The Last Airbender

Avatar: The Last Airbender cover (NTSC) "Avatar: The Last Airbender" for North America and "Avatar: The Legend of Aang" for most international countries was the first Avatar video game put out by THQ. It was released on October 10, 2006 for the US and February 9, 2007 for Europe, and is available for the Wii, XBOX, PlayStation 2, GameCube, PC, PSP, Nintendo DS, and GBA. It was rated Everyone 10+ by the ESRB and 7+ by the PEGI for cartoon violence.

Avatar: The Legend of Aang cover (PAL) The plot begins with an alternate take on the events in the finale of the Book 1: Water season of the tv show, where Zuko (who still has his boat and crew) captures Katara to use as bait to capture Aang. From there the story takes an original turn where Aang, Katara (she's quickly rescued), Sokka, and earthbender Haru, travel the world to investigate a growing problem of machines that are wrecking havoc and to stop their inventor.

Game Features:

The DS and GBA versions of the game are slightly condensed from the console version, and in the GBA version Haru is not playable.
